I am a migrant's child and have experienced racism, discrimination, and exclusion myself. Out of that experience – and building on 14+ years of science – EmpowerMigra was born.

The Problem

Who's behind EmpowerMigra

I'm Oxana Klassen – scientist, migrant's child, and founder of EmpowerMigra. I know firsthand what it means to grow up in Germany while never quite feeling like you „belong“. Out of that experience and 14+ years of research came a mission: education that actually reaches people.
